Mobility platform Tada said on Jan. 30 it will provide discount coupons for airport trips during the Lunar New Year holiday period. With airport buses fully booked and parking lots full ahead of the holiday, Tada lowered travel costs in response to the inconvenience.
The promotion applies to passengers traveling to and from Incheon International Airport during the Lunar New Year holiday period. Users who book a vehicle in the Tada app with Incheon Airport set as the pickup or destination receive a 10 percent discount on the payment amount. The maximum discount is 10,000 won. The coupon can be used until Feb. 22.
Tada also offers vehicles equipped with child seats so passengers with children can use the service. Customers who use Tada for the first time to travel to Incheon Airport receive a 5,000 won credit after arrival. The credit can be used like cash in the Tada app. The coupon code can be checked on the event page in the Tada app.
A Tada official said, "With airport travel demand concentrated ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, we prepared this promotion to ease inconvenience during the trip, even if only a little." The official added, "We hope travelers with a lot of luggage can travel to and from the airport more comfortably."
