HonestAI, a financial AI transformation (AX) company, said on Dec. 31 it raised 14.4 billion won in funding.
AAK led the round as the lead investor, and existing shareholder ATON, a fintech security company, made a follow-on investment.
HonestAI plans to use the funds to advance its AI technology next year and accelerate the expansion of AI solutions for financial institutions.
HonestAI CEO Sang-hoon Seo said the 14.4 billion won fundraising reflected the market's trust in the company's proven growth speed and technical fundamentals. He said the company will use the funds to widen the gap in its AI financial platform and innovate the financial market with AI technology.
