Daedong Mobility declared its entry into the North American market at the world's largest golf exhibition. Daedong Mobility, an AI field-robot company under Daedong Group, said on Jan. 29 it took part in the 2026 PGA Show held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, and unveiled a premium golf cart and a North America-spec low-speed electric vehicle (LSV). The PGA Show is the world's largest golf industry exhibition hosted by the Professional Golfers' Association of America (PGA). More than 1,000 brands from 80 countries take part.
At the event, Daedong Mobility presented the six-seat GA900 premium limousine golf cart and a North America-spec LSV concept model. It also unveiled a future mobility roadmap combining AI autonomous-driving-based transport and divot-repair robots with a service platform. The company set out a vision to move beyond making simple means of transportation and become a "total golf solution provider".
The GA900 uses a high-performance lithium-ion battery and an independent suspension system. It is equipped with convenience features including ventilated, heated and massage seats, and heated and cooled cup holders. The company said an "automatic cooling system" that automatically controls air conditioning by detecting passenger boarding and alighting drew attention at the exhibition site.
The North America-spec LSV is a model under development as an everyday means of transportation that links golf courses and nearby residential complexes, a so-called "second car" concept. It disclosed key specifications planned for future application, including an Apple CarPlay-linked display, a front storage compartment and sliding seats. The company said practicality and design drew attention.
Park Kyung-joon (박경준), head of Daedong Mobility's mobility business division, said participation in the PGA Show would be a starting point for Daedong Mobility to enter the North American golf and daily mobility markets in earnest. He said the company would flesh out its North American market entry with a systematic strategy after closely checking local customer and industry responses.
