ServiceNow has signed a multi-year contract with AI developer Anthropic, TechCrunch reported on Jan. 28.
Under the partnership, Anthropic’s AI model Claude will be integrated into the ServiceNow platform. It will also be rolled out to about 29,000 ServiceNow employees.
ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott said, “AI-native workflows will deliver new value to global companies.”
Earlier, ServiceNow announced a partnership with OpenAI early this year. It plans to offer customers a range of options through a multi-model strategy. ServiceNow COO Amit Zavery said, “Model choice matters,” adding, “We will combine the strengths of each AI model to deliver the best results.”
