Douzone Bizon said on Jan. 27 it signed a memorandum of understanding with Lotte Innovate, Lotte Group's IT-specialist unit, for strategic cooperation on AI-based ERP.

Lotte Innovate is strengthening core digital capabilities across group affiliates in food, retail, services and chemicals. It also supports differentiated IT platforms and services and is leading digital transformation across industries.

Under the agreement, the companies plan to develop new business models by combining Douzone Bizon's business application OmniEsol with Lotte Innovate's AI-based software development life cycle platform DEVmember. They plan to provide technical support to customers of both companies from the early stages of projects, propose advanced measures optimised for corporate clients and strengthen market competitiveness.

OmniEsol is a business platform that integrates enterprise solutions centred on ERP, including AI-based groupware, electronic approvals, document creation and enterprise content management functions.

The companies also plan to work together to train specialist personnel for sales and implementation to expand the OmniEsol market. A Douzone Bizon official said the partnership with Lotte Innovate would be an important turning point in establishing OmniEsol as a standard solution in the large-company market and added the companies would combine their strengths to complete an AX innovation cooperation model and become a key partner driving digital innovation for various companies in the market.
