NH Investment Securities said on Monday it will build a dedicated website for investment solicitation agents and retirement pension recruiters and open its first phase of services to improve efficiency in their sales and administrative work.
The website is designed to integrate overall field management tasks for investment solicitation agents and retirement pension recruiters into an online environment so they can be handled at once, including customer management, training and inspections, and the issuance of various documents. It is also built as a responsive web service, automatically optimized for screen sizes across all devices including PCs, tablets and mobile phones.
The website will be rolled out in stages. The first phase will focus on essential core functions for checking key notices and managing customers, and a second phase is expected to expand the service scope across broader work support, including training and inspection management and the issuance of various documents.
Baek Kwang-soo, head of NH Investment Securities' WM Division, said it would be an opportunity to further strengthen the activity support system for investment solicitation agents and retirement pension recruiters. He said the company will continue improving the system to create a more stable and efficient sales environment.
