Woori Financial Group said on Sunday it has started operating its first integrated branch in Seoul’s Yeouido that combines wealth management functions from banking and securities.

The integrated branch is Woori Financial’s first wealth management complex operated jointly by group affiliates. It provides comprehensive wealth management services through a shared consultation space set up at Woori Bank’s “TWO CHAIRS W Yeouido” and Woori Investment & Securities’ “Seoul Sales Division,” which operate on floors 19 and 20 of TP Tower in Yeouido.

Woori Financial completed its full-service financial group structure by entering the securities business in 2024 and acquiring an insurer in 2025. In 2026, it announced its “Synergy 2.0” strategy under which its banking, securities and insurance affiliates work together organically, beyond existing bank-centered group synergies.

The integrated branch is the first case in which the “Synergy 2.0” strategy is implemented at a customer touchpoint. Customers can use key financial services from the bank and the securities unit in one place and will receive a differentiated wealth management experience that combines the bank’s stability with the securities unit’s investment expertise.

Woori Financial plans to jointly use Woori Bank’s private banking brand “TWO CHAIRS” with its securities business to build a consistent group-wide service system. It also plans to expand integrated branches in stages, focusing on areas with strong demand for wealth management across diverse customer needs.

Kim Ji-ho (김지호), deputy head of Woori Financial Group’s Synergy Business Department, said the integrated branch would be a starting point for the group’s synergy strategy to be fully launched at customer touchpoints as it enters an era of the KOSPI at 5,000 points. He added the group would continue to strengthen its competitiveness through customer-centered, comprehensive wealth management services.
