Apartment living support platform Apartment I said on Monday it will expand its household repair service, Apartment Care, to all apartments in four areas: Anyang, Uiwang, Gunpo and Songpa.

Unlike general brokerage platforms, Apartment Care sends multi-family housing management specialists who fully understand apartment structures and facilities to visit homes directly.

Users can apply by selecting the desired repair item from the Apartment Care menu within the Apartment I app. It offers repair services for everyday needs, including replacing LED lights, repairing switches and outlets, replacing kitchen sink and bathroom faucets, fixing door handles and replacing window screens.

Apartment I plans to boost consumer trust by moving away from the practice of demanding additional fees on site and operating a fixed-price system that can be checked in advance in the app.

You Gwan-hyeong (유관형), a planning team leader at Apartment I, said Apartment Care began with the idea that "the expert who knows our home best takes care of it." He said Songpa, Anyang, Uiwang and Gunpo have high concentrations of apartments and strong demand for housing services, and he expects the service launch to provide significant convenience to residents.
