Wemade Max said on Jan. 23 it has unveiled 'Last Valkyrie', a new mobile hybrid RPG developed by NitroX and serviced by Wemade Connect, and will begin global pre-registration.
Last Valkyrie is a new mobile title that carries over development know-how from NitroX's flagship game 'Summon Hunter Raising'. It bills itself as a "hybrid mid-core" RPG that combines the strengths of a casual game, including simple controls and high accessibility, with deeper growth and strategy elements. It is designed to let users enjoy the game freely according to their play style by organically combining competition and cooperation, along with growth and idle systems.
Last Valkyrie will run a pre-registration promotion for global users starting on the day. All players who pre-register will receive rewards including the Valkyrie companion 'Reina', the in-game currency 'diamonds', an 'equipment supply summon ticket', a 'Valkyrie summon ticket' and 'time reduction items'.
Last Valkyrie is scheduled to officially launch in global markets, including South Korea, in the first quarter of this year.
Park Yong-jin (박용진), head of NitroX, said, "Based on development know-how from previous works including Summon Hunter Raising, this is a new title that captures at once the convenience of an idle RPG and the strategic fun of a mid-core game." He added, "From the pre-registration stage, we will present high-quality content so that global users can fully feel the game's appeal."
