Toss Securities said on Wednesday it has joined the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency-led "relay campaign to eradicate illegal gambling among teenagers."

The campaign is a nationwide effort launched in March last year under the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. It is being carried out under the slogan, "Illegal cyber gambling targeting teenagers is a fraudulent crime you can never win," to raise awareness across society of the seriousness and risks of illegal gambling by teenagers and to spread the importance of prevention.

Toss Securities joined the campaign on a recommendation from Hyundai Motor Securities CEO Bae Hyung-keun (배형근). It recommended Toss Bank CEO Lee Eun-mi (이은미) and Kiwoom Securities CEO Eom Ju-sung (엄주성) as the next participants in the relay campaign.

Toss Securities CEO Kim Gyu-bin (김규빈) said illegal cyber gambling is an issue that can have a negative impact on teenagers' daily lives and futures. He said the company will continue to pay attention so that teenagers can grow up in a healthier and safer environment, starting with this campaign.
