Nexon Networks said on Wednesday it is openly recruiting recruitment-linked interns for the first half of 2026.
Nexon Networks is the largest company in South Korea in game services and quality assurance, and is responsible for operations and quality management for games developed and published by Nexon. The internship recruitment will be for game QA roles, and anyone with suitable capabilities can apply without restrictions on age, major or career history.
Application documents can be submitted from Wednesday through Feb. 1 on the Nexon Networks recruitment website. After document screening, the company will select final successful candidates through a personality test and interviews with working-level staff. Successful interns will begin in early March at the Nexon Networks Pangyo center, performing various game QA tasks including quality management, various tests, support for service stabilisation, service risk management, and use and advancement of technology. After completing the six-month internship, they are expected to be converted to full-time employees after a final evaluation.
Internship participants will be provided pay and benefits at the same level as full-time employees.
Shin Choong-seok (신충석), head of the Management Support Office at Nexon Networks, said, "This recruitment-linked internship is a structured growth program that helps participants grow into game QA specialists through hands-on training and leads to conversion to full-time roles." He added, "We hope for many applications from passionate talent who will draw the future together with Nexon Networks."
