[Barcelona, Spain = DigitalToday reporter Jin-ho Lee] KT unveiled its AI agent production platform 'Agent Builder' at MWC26 in Barcelona, Spain, on March 4, saying it helps expand AX at industrial sites.
Agent Builder is a platform that allows users to build AI agents through a drag-and-drop method without development knowledge or coding. By combining pre-built work templates and dialogue modules, users can create AI agents by defining use purposes and roles, connecting data and systems, configuring response methods and deploying them.
After deployment, users can also improve agent performance through real-time log analysis, performance monitoring and quality improvement functions.
The AI agents created can be used immediately for work purposes. For example, a 'meeting minutes automation agent' preprocesses meeting information and recorded data, including speaker separation, structures key agenda items and decisions, and generates minutes.
It also automatically reflects the responsible department and processing deadline to generate a draft document that matches official document formats. The generated document is linked to an internal document management system, and the entire process from review to approval is handled automatically.
KT plans to introduce an 'industry-specific AI template service' based on Agent Builder, with standardised functions tailored to the characteristics of each industry and task. It is preparing to launch specialised templates by industry based on agent scenarios that it has applied and verified in the finance, manufacturing and public sectors.
Seo-bong Yoo (유서봉), executive vice president and head of the AX Business Division at KT's Enterprise unit, said, "KT's AI platforms, including Agent Builder and industry-specific AI templates, are practical ways to drive the spread of AX in industrial sites." He added, "KT will advance various AI services so companies can realise business value."
