Generative AI-based content engine startup Redbrick unveiled SOOUP AI, an AI education platform that converts PDF class materials into interactive lesson content. It also completed a seminar for teachers and education officials, the company said on Jan. 22.

Redbrick held a seminar for teachers and education officials at the Korea Education Expo 2026, held on Jan. 21 at COEX in Seoul. It introduced interactive lesson design methods and operating cases using SOOUP AI.

According to the company, SOOUP AI is an AI education platform that helps teachers design classes that encourage student participation using AI, coding and physical computing elements. It converts existing class materials (PDF, PPT, DOC) into content for quizzes and discussions, allowing teachers to conduct classes while checking students' responses in real time. It can be used without separate development work or complex settings, reducing teachers' burden of creating content and allowing them to focus on lesson design.

Redbrick plans to continue expanding practical classroom cases and functions centered on SOOUP AI so teachers can flexibly structure classes for different subjects and classroom situations.

Redbrick CEO Young-mo Yang (양영모) said, "The essence of AI education is not introducing new technology, but helping teachers create better classes." He added, "Through SOOUP AI, we will support teachers in improving lesson quality based on existing class materials and using it immediately across various subjects and education settings."
