Nol Universe said on Wednesday that its AI-based conversational product search service, AI Nori, has surpassed 70,000 cumulative users one month after launch.
AI Nori is a service that recommends domestic accommodation and leisure products in a chat format by understanding the intent and context of users’ questions. Users can enter complex conditions in natural language, including travel schedules, companion type and budget, and the service suggests optimal options.
Nol Universe said the number of AI Nori users rose by up to 12 percent compared with normal periods during peak late-year weekends and the Christmas holiday period. The company plans to analyse user preferences and search patterns based on conversation data to improve the accuracy of its recommendation algorithm.
It plans to strengthen context-based recommendations tailored to travel purposes beyond simple product suggestions. It also plans to expand the service to all categories, including overseas travel and entertainment and tickets, to boost its leisure tech competitiveness.
