JobKorea job offers top 12 million in 2025

AI and data-based HR tech platform JobKorea, operated by WorkSphere, said on Tuesday it recorded more than 12 million job offers last year.

The company said the number of job offers made on JobKorea in 2025 exceeded 12 million. That was up 31.3 percent from three years earlier.

By company size, small and midsized firms were the most active at 62 percent, followed by large companies at 24 percent, including affiliates, and midsized enterprises at 13 percent. By rank, staff accounted for 24.7 percent, followed by assistant managers at 13.6 percent and managers at 9.8 percent, with junior employees receiving scout offers more often. The average number of job offers received per person was 8.1, and the most sought-after candidate received as many as 770 offers.

JobKorea said it has steadily improved matching accuracy between companies and job seekers through an AI-based recommendation algorithm. It also said it applied an upgraded next-generation personalised recommendation system, called "AI Recommendation 3.0", in a recent revamp of the JobKorea main page, and stressed it confirmed that the click-through rate for postings of interest and the job application rate jumped about 300 percent versus the previous version average.

JobKorea CEO Hyun-joon Yoon (윤현준) said the annual figure of 12 million job offers shows JobKorea is being used as an unrivalled channel among corporate HR managers to secure key talent. He said WorkSphere's next goal is to create a hiring environment where companies can search for talent efficiently, beyond being a platform that attracts a flood of applications.
