AI agent company Dalpa said on Tuesday it supplied an AI-based monitoring solution for a newly introduced real-time chat community within Kiwoom Securities' Hero MoonS# mobile trading system (MTS).
Kiwoom Securities previously introduced a chat community within Hero MoonS# that allows investors to communicate in real time while viewing stock charts and current prices.
Based on Kiwoom Securities' internal community operating guidelines, Dalpa built an AI monitoring system that analyzes users' chat text in real time and determines whether content should be restricted.
Dalpa said this allows Kiwoom Securities to conduct first-stage monitoring with AI for large volumes of chat that internal staff find difficult to review directly, while dedicated operating staff carry out a second-stage review under the same criteria.
Dalpa CEO Do-gyun Kim (김도균) said the project showed AI can operate stably in real time even in a financial environment that requires both high traffic and strict standards. He said the adoption of AI monitoring supported operating staff in running the community more consistently and efficiently.
