Korea Artificial Intelligence & Software Industry Association (KOSA) is recruiting trainees until the 25th for a “Metanet Group job-linked entry-level employee training program.”

Metanet Group has cooperated with KOSA since 2023 and has produced entry-level talent across 5 cohorts. Graduates of the first cohort achieved a 100 percent employment rate, while the overall average employment rate for all graduates was 83 percent.

Metanet Group has recently been expanding AI-related businesses across various industries, including digital business innovation, cloud transformation and building data and AI-based services. KOSA and Metanet Group strengthened an AI-focused curriculum that can be applied immediately to corporate work by reflecting the latest AI technology trends and on-the-job demand.

The program consists of Java-based core software engineering, data engineering and AI-based training, LLM and RAG architecture design, application development and multi-agent implementation, PO and use-case analysis, cloud infrastructure and MLOps, and an integrated project. Training runs from Feb. 23 to Aug. 21. Tuition is fully funded by the state, and training equipment and training allowances are provided.

Seok-yoon Choi (최석윤), head of KOSA’s Talent Development Division, said KOSA will focus on operating job-linked programs based on industrial demand through the National Human Resources Development Consortium project overseen by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and will continue supporting young talent so they can grow into core AI and software personnel.
