[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Mocoplex, which operates an integrated store operations and management solution, said on Tuesday it has launched an AI-based automatic store review generation service called 'Our Store Smart Review'.

Our Store Smart Review uses an LLM that has been repeatedly trained on high-quality review data. Users enter basic store information, repeated and required keywords, store features and points to emphasize, and the desired tone. It generates receipt and blog reviews in up to 3 minutes.

In particular, the generated reviews are designed to go through a verification step before final publication. Users can check whether preset conditions have been properly reflected and correct false information.

Mocoplex plans to provide the service free of charge in the form of a QR code to store owners who want to adopt it. It also plans promotions so that customer review uploads can be activated across channels such as Naver Place and blogs.

Mocoplex CEO Nara Park (박나라) said, "We prepared this service to improve the situation of store owners who, lacking viable marketing tools, have no choice but to spend a lot of money operating blog experience groups." She added, "Along with advancing AI quality, we will also roll out services such as thumbnails and review-only image production in stages."
