Enhance, an enterprise agentic AI startup, said on March 3 it will hold a global AI campaign with Lee Se-dol (이세돌), a ninth-dan Go player, on March 9 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul.
The event will be held 10 years after the 2016 match between Lee and AlphaGo, at the same venue. The company said the aim is to showcase AI technology that has evolved into a "partner in creation" rather than a rival.
On the main stage, Lee will talk with Enhance's AI agent and reconstruct a "future Go" model in real time on the spot, before playing a match. The format will demonstrate the AI agent's ability to build workflows that carry out the entire process from planning to execution, generation and operation using voice commands only. Anthropic, Nvidia and Microsoft will participate as official sponsors, and the event will be broadcast live globally.
Enhance CEO Seung-hyun Lee (이승현) said, "Starting with this event, we will imprint core technologies such as ontology and agentic AI as global standards and secure leadership of the AI ecosystem together with big tech companies."
