Neowiz said on Jan. 20 that its 'Lies of P: Overture' won Best DLC at the New York Game Awards held on Jan. 18 local time at the SVA Theater in New York.
The New York Game Awards, hosted by the New York Videogame Critics Circle, is an annual awards event that selects works with the most outstanding achievements among games worldwide. It marks its 15th edition this year.
'Lies of P: Overture', which won Best DLC, was praised for deeply expanding the original game's unique universe. It was also recognized for its completeness as a standalone work by adding an original narrative for the DLC and refined combat action beyond expanding the world.
Past winners in the category include 2025's 'Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree' and 2024's 'Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty'.
A Neowiz official said, "This award is a valuable result that once again proves the excellent development capabilities of the Round8 development team." The official added, "We will continue to introduce new PC and console titles with diverse appeal, including the next installment of 'Lies of P', and discover hit intellectual property."
