Hecto Healthcare said on Jan. 20 it held a launch ceremony for the second cohort of its Desimone probiotics supporters programme and began activities. The programme is being run for a second time following last year’s first cohort. The supporters are made up of consumers with strong interest in gut health. The ceremony included an introduction to the brand philosophy and products. The activity period is about 6 months.

Supporters will take Desimone 4500 each month and then produce experience reviews for Instagram, blogs and YouTube. Content featuring feedback from the perspective of real consumers and everyday usage experiences will be shared through social media. The company plans to use this to raise trust in the brand.

Supporters will also take part in brand-linked events and participatory programmes. The company plans to expand brand experiences online and offline. It plans to analyse activity results and content performance and broaden consumer communication by focusing on best practices.

A Hecto Healthcare official said, "This second cohort of supporters will be an opportunity to convey the brand’s value more sincerely through real consumer experiences," and added, "We will continue to stay in step with consumers and establish ourselves as a leading gut health brand that builds trust."
