AI and data-based HR tech platform JobKorea, operated by Worksphere, said on Tuesday it is launching a digital campaign aimed at the first-half peak hiring season.

The new campaign was designed to deliver JobKorea’s brand message and identity to job seekers, job changers and office workers as the season sees concentrated demand for employment and job moves.

The campaign video has been released through Worksphere’s official YouTube channel and other outlets, and the company is running a "JobKorea is changing jobs" promotion at its launch. Under a concept that JobKorea has moved to Worksphere, it supports job seekers’ career growth and is giving prizes such as blue AirPods Max and 24K gold through an event in which participants guess the new company name, "Worksphere."

Yeo-reum Kim (김여름), head of JobKorea’s Beyond Branding Team, said the campaign video, the first since the company’s CI rebranding, was planned to recall the brand’s heritage and sincerity about work and to present the "future of work" it aims to create. She said viewers will be able to see JobKorea evolving into an AI career agent platform. Kim said the company will continue to leap into a full-spectrum AI HR platform that connects working people’s tomorrow in a changing environment and to expand experiences in which a "choice of today" leads to an "opportunity of tomorrow."
