NHN said on Tuesday that its collectible RPG Abyssdia has ranked No. 1 on Google Play’s popularity chart since its release.

Abyssdia is a collectible RPG that depicts the unknown black space called the “Abyss Slit,” which taints everything, “Tuners” who cleanse objects contaminated by the Abyss Slit by harmonising the world’s distorted wavelengths, and the daily life and adventures of the “Vanguard girls.” After its global launch on Feb. 25, the company said the game succeeded in drawing users’ attention by highlighting its in-depth original universe, a complex storyline surrounding the main character Tuner and the Vanguard girls, and a combat system designed to maximise strategic fun.

To mark its sweep of the top spot in Google Play’s popularity rankings and to repay users for their support, Abyssdia is handing out surprise gifts. All users who log in to the game through March 31 will receive 1,000 Est each, an in-game currency.
