Com2uS Holdings said on Jan. 19 it will release eight new publishing titles in 2026 to achieve growth in its game business.

Com2uS Holdings plans to unveil eight new titles across genres including MMORPGs, puzzle games and collectible RPGs this year. It aims to capture the attention of global users with original games that deliver core gameplay fun.

The new puzzle games Color Sweeper and Pawpop Match are in the final stages of development, aiming for a soft launch in the first quarter. Color Sweeper has been tested in North America, seen as a key market for puzzle games, and has received positive assessments for gameplay, the company said.

Featuring near-infinite combinations of puzzle logic and simple, modern graphics, the game posted top-level results on key metrics including user retention. If Color Sweeper is a brain-teaser that stimulates a sense of challenge, Pawpop Match is a familiar match-3 puzzle game. It seeks differentiation by adding town-building elements and mini games to the casual gameplay typical of match-3 puzzles.

Ares, which received favorable reviews for its science-fiction setting, real-time suit-switching system and console-level graphics presentation, will be reborn as a "suit change action RPG". It will further strengthen action elements and undergo a full overhaul centered on single-player content to target global markets in the second half. Project V (working title), the official sequel to the MMORPG Talion, is also a highly anticipated title for the second half. It inherits the predecessor's action while reinterpreting it to fit the latest trends and plans to introduce a play-centered growth structure so anyone can enjoy it without 부담. It also aims to heighten immersion with improved graphics and presentation and to focus on cooperation-based content rather than PVP.

Com2uS Holdings is also further strengthening core gameplay fun ahead of this year's releases, including the collectible RPG Star Sailor, the hybrid game Lone Chef combining hunting, exploration and cooking, and the mobile strategy defense game ProjectD (working title) featuring cute characters. With additional new titles continuously discovered through a game challenge contest, Com2uS Holdings' 2026 lineup is expected to become even richer.
