Wemade Max said on Jan. 19 that 'Midnight Walkers', a new PvPvE extraction title being developed by OneWayTicketStudio, has surpassed 300,000 wishlists on Steam.
Ahead of Steam Early Access on Jan. 29, Midnight Walkers has continued to engage global users by releasing a demo version at major events including global play tests, the international game show Gamescom and Steam Next Fest.
The company explained that differentiated elements such as its zombie apocalypse setting, a vertical closed system and ongoing communication with users through the global messenger Discord channel helped raise players' expectations ahead of release.
Midnight Walkers will be released simultaneously to the global market through the Steam platform at 11 a.m. on Jan. 29 (Korea time). The company plans to continue development with the aim of a full release within the year, after gathering players' views through its Discord community and continuing to enhance the game.
