Toss Bank said on the 4th that it has officially opened its sustainability management page.

According to the company, the page consists of what it describes as three paths the bank has taken: continuous innovation, customer access and positive influence.

The innovation section presents what it calls freedom in interest, foreign exchange and customer experience. It also includes redesigned financial models focused on customers, simple and safe technology-based services and examples of innovations that have changed the financial market structure.

The section on inclusion without boundaries describes the bank’s efforts to expand customer access. The positive influence section shows what the company says is its commitment to protecting customers and providing a financial safety net beyond profit.

Toss Bank plans to release a sustainability management report following the launch of the page and to build a system that shows its social value creation on one platform.

A Toss Bank official said the page will be a space that transparently shows the bank’s journey in redefining standards through technology, and added that the bank plans to continue expanding the page so users can see various public-interest values such as inclusion without boundaries, innovation and social influence in one place.
