DianaHR is unveiling an AI-based HR onboarding system, also called DianaHR, SiliconANGLE reported on Jan. 15.

The company said the system focuses on reducing the burden on HR teams by automating administrative work such as payroll, benefits and state regulations that arise regardless of business operations.

DianaHR founder and CEO Upeka Bee said, "There are 6,000,000 small and medium-sized businesses in the United States, and their HR work is very complex. We aim to solve this problem by combining engineering and HR complexity."

The DianaHR system runs through Slack and email. If a founder sends a message such as "Jane joins — send offer letter — proceed with onboarding," it automatically collects company information, reviews documents, detects missing signatures and fills in the required information.

DianaHR is designed so HR professionals can review the system and intervene, so it does not operate like a black box. It mainly targets companies with 10 to 400 employees and is suited to small and medium-sized businesses with limited HR budgets.
