[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Douzone Bizon said on Wednesday it has officially launched its ONE AI tax law assistant to maximise efficiency in tax work.

The ONE AI tax law assistant provides answers to user queries based on laws, administrative rulings and court precedents, the company said, supporting tax law interpretation and handling. Companies using Douzone Bizon ONE AI can call the AI directly from existing work screens without a separate installation process, getting help with queries on laws related to year-end tax settlement and drafting tax advisory opinion letters.

The company stressed that the assistant applies NOVA (Node Oriented Vast Agents), a knowledge-graph navigation technology that enables a multidimensional understanding of complex hierarchical tax-law structures, maximising answer accuracy and technical completeness.

Douzone Bizon plans to progressively enhance the scope of use for the ONE AI tax law assistant in line with key annual tax schedules, starting with this year-end tax settlement season, including March corporate tax, May comprehensive income tax and July value-added tax filings. It also plans to expand its AI orchestration capabilities in tax and accounting across broader areas including HR, labour and legal affairs.

A Douzone Bizon official said it was meaningful that the company has released the ONE AI tax law assistant at the time practitioners need it most, in tandem with the opening of the year-end tax settlement simplification service. The official said the ONE AI tax law assistant will serve as a reliable partner that corporate practitioners cannot do without, as an agentic AI that makes its own judgments and presents solutions.
