NH NongHyup Bank's credit review division said on Tuesday it held a rally on Jan. 13 at its headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul to pledge its 2026 business drive and the practice of ethical management, with about 180 employees attending.
Employees in the credit review division reaffirmed a mission to drive the bank's sustainable growth by improving asset soundness and profitability.
They also pledged key values of leading change in the AX era, implementing data-based policies and ensuring stable loan growth. They pledged to take the lead in the Nongsim Cheonsim movement to build happy agriculture and rural communities, and also committed to practising ethical management.
Kim Sung-hoon, a vice president who took part in the rally, said he would pursue pre-emptive lending policies, trusted credit reviews and thorough post-management in a spirit of working together. He said the bank would use that foundation to lead productive finance by providing timely support to companies with growth potential.
