Joycity said on Nov. 28 that Biohazard Survival Unit, its mobile strategy game co-developed with Aniplex, has surpassed 2 million global downloads since its official worldwide release on Nov. 18.
The game topped the free chart on Google Play in the United States after its launch in 151 countries. It also ranked first in app store popularity charts in more than 15 countries, including Japan, the United Kingdom, France and Germany.
Biohazard Survival Unit is a mobile strategy title that reinterprets Capcom’s Biohazard intellectual property. It applies an intuitive control system to lower the entry barrier while retaining the core appeal of strategy gameplay.
