KT held the 'AI for Everyone Connect Summit 2026' on Sunday at KT Gwanghwamun Building West in Jongno-gu, Seoul. It said it plans to officially launch its 'AI for Everyone' service in December.

'AI for Everyone' is an integrated AI service that connects various domestic AI models with everyday services. It aims to link participating companies' technologies and services to provide AI services across areas including search, education, finance, content and real estate.

Held under the theme 'Beyond Connection to Execution', the event was attended by KT CEO Yoon-young Park (박윤영) and the heads and key executives of 17 consortium companies, including Daum, Upstage, Saltlux, EBS, BC Card, Zigbang, Musinsa, Rebellions and NC AI. They reviewed service readiness and discussed directions for upgrades after launch and ways to expand cooperation.

KT will officially launch AI for Everyone in December and strengthen service linkages among participating companies. It will also expand cooperation with external partners. To that end, it plans to provide a stable platform and infrastructure and support new companies joining the consortium.

Yoon-young Park said it was a meaningful time in which companies representing key AI fields discussed together the successful execution of AI for Everyone and its direction of development. He said KT will communicate and cooperate more closely with participating companies to contribute to the continued growth of South Korea's AI ecosystem.
