NHN said on Feb. 27 it has begun global pre-registration with Square Enix for 'Dissidia Duelrum Final Fantasy', a new boss-raid team battle game.

'Dissidia Duelrum Final Fantasy' is the latest mobile game in the 'Dissidia Final Fantasy' series, which features multiple warriors from the 'Final Fantasy' franchise. Square Enix will handle publishing. NHN PlayArt and Square Enix co-developed the game. It supports Korean as well as English, Japanese and traditional Chinese.

Two teams of 3 face off, and the team that defeats the boss first wins in a situation where users and monsters are mixed together. Users can control the game simply with one hand while enjoying brisk action. The main story offers a full-voice experience of warriors summoned to modern-day Tokyo, it said.

Pre-registration is available on the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store until the official launch in March. To mark the pre-registration, it prepared a login bonus event for users. After service begins, all users can receive various rewards, including items that allow 40 ability gacha pulls (20 summon tickets and 3,000 MooglePay), 8 background music tracks from past 'Dissidia Final Fantasy' series titles, and 5 character tickets to unlock a character of their choice.
