BusinessOn Communications said on Tuesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with AI technology company Motif Technologies for joint research on AI-based enterprise task execution software-as-a-service.
BusinessOn plans to link core corporate tasks such as electronic tax invoices, e-contracts, finance and accounting, and electronic approvals to Motif's AI technology to implement AI agents that carry out actual work. It also plans to build an enterprise AI agent environment in which AI understands and executes corporate tasks, while humans control key decisions and final execution.
BusinessOn said it will use the partnership to step up efforts to make AI a key growth engine that connects and expands its B2B SaaS business as a whole. Its strategy is to evolve into an enterprise task AI platform in which AI agents connect workflows from e-contracts to electronic tax invoices, finance, tax and accounting, ERP and electronic approvals, and provide the information, analysis, recommendations and drafts needed at each stage.
BusinessOn plans to expand cooperation with Motif, including joint research and verification, as well as with AI technology companies and other partners. It also plans to gradually expand the application of AI agents across core corporate work areas such as contracts, tax, finance and electronic approvals.
