SK Planet said on Monday it launched a Today's Investment securities service within OK Cashbag.

The Today's Investment securities service expands use of Today's Investment within the OK Cashbag app to stock investing. It is based on an API-based business partnership SK Planet and KB Securities signed in April to operate an embedded finance business.

Users can link the OK Cashbag app with KB Securities' WTS (web trading system) to open an account, check holdings and trade stocks without installing a separate brokerage app. OK Cashbag points can be converted into deposits in a KB Securities account for use.

Separately from the KB Securities-linked service, it also offers investment convenience features through an AI financial analysis agent, including checking stocks that can be purchased based on the amount of points held.

SK Planet plans to continue expanding links with financial services to strengthen the competitiveness of OK Cashbag.
