Shinsegae I&C, the distributor for Meta's device lineup, said on Sunday it will begin full-scale distribution of Meta's new Glasses models in South Korea.
Meta earlier unveiled a new Meta Glasses lineup along with its next-generation glasses lineup at the Meta Connect 2026 event at its headquarters in Menlo Park, California, on Sept. 23 local time.
Shinsegae I&C will handle domestic distribution for 9 models across 21 SKUs, including the new Meta Glasses lineup, Ray-Ban Meta third generation and the global artist LISA hub-up collection.
The new products will be available at Electro Mart outlets inside E-Mart stores nationwide, Lotte Hi-Mart, SSG.com, SK Telecom, KT online malls and some dealerships.
Shinsegae I&C said it will work to expand South Korea's AI glasses market based on its partnership with Meta, and plans to continue cooperation so it can introduce more diverse products and a more advanced AI wearable experience to domestic consumers.
Jung Sang-ho (정상호), head of platform business at Shinsegae I&C, said, "We have been able to quickly introduce to domestic consumers the latest AI glasses lineup unveiled at Meta Connect 2026." He added, "Following the existing Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta, we have expanded our product portfolio to include Meta Glasses, and we hope this will be an opportunity for more consumers to experience AI wearable devices that match their tastes and lifestyles."
