Cloud and AI management company Cloocus said on Sept. 18 it will strengthen cloud and AI adoption and operations services so small and medium-sized enterprises can make greater use of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot.

To that end, Cloocus will provide technical consulting and cloud operations services to first-time Azure customers as well as companies currently using Azure purchased directly.

It will analyze customers' usage environments and cost structures to propose more efficient operating plans. It will also support a shift to the CSP model so licenses and cloud operations can be managed in an integrated way, if needed.

It will also offer a 10 percent payback benefit to new Azure buyers under certain conditions. If existing direct Azure buyers switch to the CSP model, Cloocus will provide professional services needed across cloud operations, including cost optimisation consulting, technical support, operations status management and incident response.

It will also provide services for companies seeking to expand their use of generative AI. For customers that place strong emphasis on corporate governance such as security, data management and user permissions, it will offer services to build an enterprise AI environment based on Azure OpenAI and propose architecture design and operating plans that take into account existing IT and security environments.

For new Microsoft Copilot buyers, it will offer up to a 25 percent discount and additional license benefits under certain conditions. Cloocus plans to use these benefits and professional services to lower barriers for SMEs adopting Azure and Copilot, while expanding customers' use of cloud and AI based on its Microsoft cloud expertise and partner network.
