SOOP said on Jan. 13 it will provide official broadcasts of key LCK Cup matches across various TV environments, including cable TV, IPTV and smart TVs.
Users can watch team-fight scenes clearly on a big screen. They can also view in-game UI information shown on screen, such as item and rune selections, at a glance while watching the match.
The SOOPTV cable channel is available on Genie TV channel 129, Btv channel 234, LG U+ channel 120, D'Live channel 160, LG HelloVision channel 194 and Seokyung Broadcasting channel 256. It also provides high-definition broadcasts through smart TV apps based on Samsung and LG, and the Android operating system.
An LCK analysis programme available only on SOOPTV, "Sports! SOOP!", will also be aired. The programme is a segment that reviews the week in the LCK with experts, covering key issues and viewing points. It will begin with its first broadcast on Jan. 14 and air every Wednesday on SOOPTV 1 hour before LCK matches start.
