[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] AI work agent company Madrascheck said on the 17th that its collaboration tool Flow has been registered as an official app on OpenAI's ChatGPT and Anthropic's Claude.

As a result, Flow customers can handle work tasks in natural language from the ChatGPT or Claude chat window without directly opening the collaboration tool screen. For example, if they type, "Assistant Manager Kim, tell me this week's sales schedule", "What work was delayed by our team this week?" or "Request this assignment from Assistant Manager Kim", the AI responds based on actual work data accumulated in Flow and organizational context, and carries out required actions.

According to the company, 39 Flow functions, including projects, tasks, posts, schedules, wikis and an organization chart, are connected to AI. Users can not only look up and search tasks, but also create new tasks, request assignees, change statuses, write comments and register schedules inside the AI chat window.

Flow first unveiled MCP (Model Context Protocol)-based AI integration at its in-house event, "AX Fest", on June 25. The company said it has recorded 1 million cumulative AI work calls over about three months through this day, and that 7,500 people at 2,900 companies are currently handling Flow tasks through AI.
