Amazon has officially launched macOS and Windows versions of Quik, an enterprise AI assistant and AI agent platform, SiliconANGLE reported on Tuesday.
Quik integrates email, calendars, messages and customer relationship management information into a single screen. It handles repetitive work in the background and brings only the key items a user needs to address to the front. Data and records scattered across systems, along with meetings, follow-ups and chats, are also shown in one place during work hours.
Amazon said Quik can reduce problems in which data becomes dispersed across services and work visibility becomes fragmented as productivity tools multiply. After bringing work into a single screen, its AI agent filters out low-priority items, content that can be quickly summarised or organised into bullet points, and items that can be handled or replied to immediately.
Notification management was also cited as a core feature. Quik first shows notifications tied to the work a user is currently doing. These include notifications related to projects that are being actively discussed by email, handled in Quik chat, or marked by the user as very high priority. Lower-priority notifications are stored in a separate space and can be checked again later.
The agent continues working even when the desktop is turned off. Users can set autonomous agents to receive a summary of emails that arrived overnight before opening their inbox in the morning, or automatically receive a weekly report summary every Monday. The same workflow can continue between desktop and mobile.
Quik runs on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Corporate data stays inside the firewall, and conversations are managed so they can be privately audited within CloudWatch and CloudTrail, Amazon said.
