Career platform Saramin said on Wednesday it has revamped its AI cover letter coaching service for the September open recruitment season.
The AI document-passing coaching service, introduced in May, supports job seekers in preparing the documents they need, from cover letters to resumes. The company said the revamp focuses on improving completion so applicants can convey their experience and capabilities to companies in the most effective way before submitting documents.
A newly added AI analysis and editing feature analyses drafted cover letters from multiple angles and provides a detailed diagnosis of fit for the target company and role.
To mark the service renewal, Saramin is also running a "cover letter first aid" promotion for job seekers who need a final check before submitting documents.
A Saramin official said, "This renewal focused on helping job seekers who find cover letter writing daunting prepare perfect, company-tailored documents in line with the open recruitment season." The official added, "We hope they will convey their capabilities effectively and achieve the result of passing the document screening through the renewed AI cover letter coaching."
