Kakao chair Jeong meets new hires, urges growth as \'AI-native\' talent
Kakao CA Council Chair Jeong Shin-a met newly hired group recruits for 2026 and discussed the group’s growth direction and how to work in the AI era. At a fireside chat at Kakao’s AI campus in Yongin, she urged them to become “AI-native” talent who can actively use AI as a colleague. She also stressed finding root causes, redefining problems, and unlearning to keep learning and growing.
