Shinhan Investment Securities sells out special issuance note product in a day and a half
Shinhan Investment Securities said on Feb. 10 that its 50 billion won special sales tranche of the Shinhan Premier issuance note product, launched a day earlier, sold out in a day and a half. The product is a company-issued note with a maturity of less than 1 year that pays principal and interest based on an agreed yield. The firm offered on-demand, fixed-term and special sales types, with pre-tax annual rates ranging from 2.30 percent to 4.00 percent.

Hana Securities launches second special-sale issuance note product
Hana Securities said on Feb. 9 it launched a second special-sale product for its contractual “Hana THE Issuance Note.” The offer targets new customers and customers dormant for at least six months. Depending on the subscription period, annual interest rates of 3.4 to 3.6 percent apply. The minimum subscription is 1 million won and the maximum is 5 billion won, with a total issuance limit of 50 billion won. The firm plans to use the funds for venture capital investment linked to its group project.

Hana Securities launches first bill issuance note product
Hana Securities has launched its first bill issuance note product, Hana THE Bill Issuance Note, as it begins a bill issuance business aimed at expanding the supply of venture capital and supporting the domestic industrial ecosystem. The company will offer on-demand notes and fixed-term notes, including a limited-time special sale for eligible customers. It plans to invest funds raised in venture capital and provide stage-specific financing to small and mid-sized firms.
