KB Kookmin Bank teams up with Kim & Chang on inheritance finance services
KB Kookmin Bank is strengthening its comprehensive asset succession services by partnering with Kim & Chang. The bank said it signed a memorandum of understanding on mutual cooperation in inheritance finance business with the law firm on Aug. 14. The two sides agreed to cooperate on legal advice to prevent inheritance disputes and on education and seminars related to inheritance tax law. The bank plans to expand services to consultations for clients with overseas assets and to legal advice in non-financial areas.
