Finda preferred subprime-loan brokerage contracts top 100 billion won in 10 months
Finda\'s cumulative contracted amount for its loan brokerage service for preferred subprime lenders has topped 100 billion won about 10 months after launch. About 90% of users were mid-to-low credit borrowers with credit scores in the 500 to 700 range. Finda said the cumulative amount reached about 101 billion won as of Aug. 26. It partners with 17 of 23 preferred subprime lenders selected by the Financial Supervisory Service.

China and Thailand are moving ahead in reshaping the global auto industry by using domestic electric vehicle rollout policies to build export competitiveness, an analysis said. The key is the pace of electrification at home rather than export results alone. China’s plans target a sharp rise in new energy vehicles on its roads, supporting scale, learning effects and supply chains. Thailand is adjusting incentives toward export compensation as it becomes an EV export base.

IPTV content fee payment rate stuck in high 20s, below other industries
IPTV operators’ payment rate for broadcast content programme fees has become fixed in the high 20 percent range and remains significantly lower than other content industries, an analysis showed. Lee Sung-min (이성민), a professor at Korea National Open University, presented the findings at a Korea Broadcast Association seminar on Tuesday. He said IPTV’s rate was 28.7 percent in 2024, compared with 72.6 percent for cable operators’ basic channels.
