Hybrid work, not AI, may have worsened entry-level job market - New York Fed analysis
An analysis said hybrid work may have weighed more than artificial intelligence on rising youth unemployment. The New York Federal Reserve said the spread of working from home could explain about 64 percent of the increase in unemployment among college graduates. It said the rise began after the pandemic and predates the AI boom, with sharper effects on younger workers who need in-person coaching and mentoring.

HancomWITH joins zero trust pilot to support identity and data domains
HancomWITH said it will join the 2026 zero trust adoption pilot project jointly promoted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency, forming a consortium with Amjin, SK Broadband, Basestone and DST International. The consortium plans to propose a SASE-based zero trust model for high-risk global work environments and apply it at HanaTour to verify effectiveness. HancomWITH will support the identity and data domains, including AI-based continuous authentication and PQC-based data encryption.

OpenAI trial highlights legal risks of work chats, texts and AI prompts
A trial between Elon Musk and Sam Altman over OpenAI has renewed attention on the legal risks of workplace communications after executives’ text messages were disclosed in court. Messages exchanged during the 2023 episode in which Altman was ousted showed requests for meetings and board views on his return. A New York employment lawyer said any potentially relevant material, including direct messages, WhatsApp chats and even ChatGPT prompts, can be subject to discovery, regardless of device.
