Woori Bank, GH build South Korea\'s first financial model for equity accumulation sale housing
Woori Bank will work with Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) to build South Korea\'s first dedicated financial support model for \"equity accumulation sale housing.\" The bank said it signed a memorandum of understanding with GH to support buyers of the public housing model, in which purchasers initially buy only part of a home and acquire the remaining shares in stages while living there. The partners jointly developed a bond-assignment-based model using buyers\' refund claim rights.
