K Bank\'s \'Curious Savings\' tops 1 million accounts
K Bank said on Monday that cumulative accounts opened for its \'Curious Savings\' product have exceeded 1 million about a year after launch. The one-month savings plan credits a random interest rate each day a deposit is made and applies the accumulated rate at maturity. The base rate starts at 0.7 percent a year, rising to as much as 6.7 percent with daily deposits for 31 days. The product has run five seasons.
