YouTube star MrBeast gets $200 million investment from BitMine, eyes crypto market
MrBeast, described as the “king of YouTube,” has secured a $200 million investment from BitMine, providing a breakthrough amid liquidity concerns. BitMine announced the investment at its annual shareholders meeting, with funding expected to be raised using the company’s ethereum holdings. BitMine chairman Tom Lee called MrBeast and Beast Industries highly influential among younger generations. Beast Industries is valued at $5 billion, while MrBeast has acknowledged limited personal liquidity. The transaction is due to close on Jan. 19, 2026.
