Woori Bank to accelerate AI shift from Q&A AI to working AI
Woori Bank said on Thursday it has begun an enterprise-level AI agent-based AX initiative designed to connect with existing systems, calling it a first in the financial sector. The bank has prepared internal data since 2022 and tested generative AI tools in work settings. It selected 175 agents for 29 tasks across five areas, expecting a 30 percent improvement in processing speed. It plans an initial release in December and additional launches by early next year.
