Japan-listed WIZE buys 100 million yen worth of SOL, expands treasury business
Japan-listed WIZE bought an additional 100 million yen ($9.4 million won equivalent) worth of Solana, taking its total holdings to more than 30,000 SOL. The purchase lifted cumulative acquisitions under its Solana treasury business to about 600 million yen. WIZE said it increased the purchase size after judging cryptocurrency prices to be undervalued, lowering its average purchase price per SOL. It said it secures about 6 to 7 percent a year in SOL through staking and validator rewards.
